The crews were called to this house fire at 5.50am. A man, woman and a two-year-old girl had a lucky escape when the man woke up to discover his bed on fire. The crews were on the scene in four minutes and administered oxygen to the woman and girl and quickly extinguished the fire. The man retired to the bunk bed in the early hours and decided to have a last cigarette. Amazingly he suffered no injuries
